Hey Beautiful Souls
It is a beautiful spring day. I hope this blog finds you well! I hope you have a good Easter if you celebrate. I know it has been a while since I put out a blog. I will be doing weekly maybe 2 blogs a week
This is one of my favorite oils hahaha I say that so much, let me tell you why......
Jasmine is widely recognized for its uplifting properties when used in aromatherapy or applied to the skin. Its sweet, rich floral aroma is believed to enhance mood, boost happiness, and increase confidence, while also helping to relieve stress and anxiety.
Traditionally, jasmine has been used to support liver health, including conditions like hepatitis and cirrhosis, as well as to ease abdominal pain from severe diarrhea (dysentery). It’s also been used to prevent strokes, promote relaxation as a natural sedative, enhance libido as an aphrodisiac, and even in some cancer treatments.
In skincare, jasmine may aid in general skin health and healing.
Inhaling jasmine essential oil can help with sleep issues such as insomnia. In aromatherapy, it has been shown to reduce heart rate and encourage a sense of calm. Its soothing effect on the nervous system may also make it easier for people to fall asleep.
Want it more formal, scientific, or casual?
I use jasmine in my Happy oil do to all these amazing benefits and amazing properties
Since I started using my happy oil I was able to get off my anti-depressants and anxiety medication. Jasmine has so many amazing properties, it smells so amazing too. it pairs well with vanilla and sandalwood. it is amazing in a diffuser and it is safe to diffuse around animals also.
I also use Jasmine in my happy butter where I use sweet orange and vanilla. It is my favorite scent.
I also use in my comfort blast pain relief products
I hope you enjoyed learning about Jasmine oil, I hope this has encourages you to go out and buy some and start to use it more. Until next blog I hope you have day or evening.
